4. Trace the outline of your eyebrow. Use powder or an eyebrow pencil. You will need to mark the desired shape to facilitate waxing. You can use a makeup brush to apply powder to mark the desired shape, or you can use an eyebrow pencil. Just color in the desired shape.

5. Heat your wax according to the instructions. If your kit does not have a utensil to heat your wax, place it in the microwave or in a small saucepan.

6. Start by tweezing the area above your first eyebrow. For safety reasons, pluck only one eyebrow at a time so you can stay focused on what you are doing. If you are not comfortable, ask for help applying the wax. Use the applicator to apply the wax in the direction of your hair growth. Be sure to cover the entire area, but don’t apply too thick a layer of wax.
7. Cover with one of the strips from your kit. Leave some space on the side to tear it off more easily. Using your fingers, place the strip in the direction of your hair growth and let sit for a few seconds.

8. Tear off the strip. You will have to do it with a sharp blow by pulling in the opposite direction to the growth of your hair. Don’t pull up, but sideways. If a few hairs remain, replace the strip and tear it off a second time. If you’re new to waxing, it might be a little painful.
To prevent your skin from reddening, apply a little moisturizer to your eyebrow. Wipe off after a few minutes.
9. Repeat these steps for the area under your eyebrow. If there are a few hairs left, use your tweezers. If some wax remains, apply baby oil. Follow the same steps to tweeze your other eyebrow as well.
